Patient Information And Resources

Welcome to the patient section of the site. The aim of the section is to provide patients with an area of the site that looks at their thoughts and concerns about the practice. Online forms and a comments box, means patients can easily post comments about the practice to help improve our services further.

The Practice's Patient Forum body will also be using the site to post up agendas and minutes and gain feedback for future meetings.

Results Of Investigations

Please telephone between 10am and 12 noon or 2pm and 4pm for results of investigations.

Disabled Access

The surgery has disabled car parking space near the front entrance. Wheelchair access is available via a ramp at the front of the building. Patient services are available on the ground floor. A disabled W.C. is available on the ground floor adjacent to the Waiting Room. Should you need assistance please ask at reception when a member of staff will be pleased to help.

Patients with particular needs:

If you would like to speak to a receptionist privately about your medical care - please ask and we will be happy to help.

Animals are not permitted on the premises other than those accompanying our  patients who are blind, or who have dogs to assist them with hearing impairment. A T loop is installed in reception for the hard of hearing.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment.
