Due to The COVID-19 Pandemic from the 23rd March 2020, you will not be able to collect any prescriptions directly from the Surgery. During the Pandemic patients are required to nominate a local Pharmacy when requesting their medication. You can sign up with your local pharmacy by contacting them directly or contact the Surgery via telephone and we will update your records.
Did you know you can order your Repeat Prescription via Online Services?
The easiest, safest and quickest way to order your Repeat Prescription is online. There is no need to make a phone call or visit us; instead Computer/Laptop, Smartphone, IPad or Tablet users can request their Repeat Prescription anywhere, 24 hours a day, seven days a week - All year round!
You can also arrange to collect your prescription or have it delivered to your home directly from a pharmacy of your choice. (Please Note you will need to contact your chosen pharmacy directly to arrange this service).
Patient Online Services are a quicker alternative process that is more convenient for you!

How to order you Repeat Prescription if you cannot access Online Services:
Please request Repeat Prescriptions in writing or by using the tear off request portion of your previous prescription. If you no longer have the tear off portion of your last prescription a Prescription request form can be found on the Reception Desk of the surgery or click HERE. To assist a timely turnaround of repeat prescription requests always include:
- Your Full Name
- Your Date of Birth
- Your NHS Number if known
- Your Home address
- Full List of the Names of the Medication you are Requesting including Strength/Dose.
If you are housebound and are unable to access Online Services you can request your Repeat Prescription Via Telephone. Please contact the surgery via telephone (Mon-Fri) and press the option for 'Repeat Prescriptions'.
Please Note: The Surgery will not accept any requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone if you are not housebound.
Collecting your Repeat Prescription:
Your prescription will be available to collect from the surgery / sent to your nominated pharmacy two working days after the day of request. (Please see the table below).
Nominating a Pharmacy of Your Choice:
To Nominate a Pharmacy simply contact your chosen pharmacy they can arrange this for you.
Once you have nominated a chosen pharmacy we can send your prescriptions directly to them electronically (EPS) making the whole ordering a Repeat Prescription process and turnaround time a lot quicker for you as this system is a lot more efficient.

Most Pharmacies offer a delivery service - This means that when your Repeat Prescription has been received from the surgery the Pharmacy will prepare your medication and when it is ready their driver will deliver your Medication to your door. (Please speak to your chosen Pharmacy if this service is required).
